Cathy will be joined by Asmaa Lahlou a certified naturopathic chef and co-founder of MyAuthentikSpoon. Asmaa is a passionate global citizen with 20+ years of experience in change management. She's a certified Natural Chef from the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London (2016). Asmaa also holds specialized credentials in Children's Health & Nutrition (2017) and Sustainable Food Choices (2022) from the Institute of Optimal Nutrition in London.
