I'm Marine Baaklini.

 

I’m Marine Baaklini, a trained and certified Yoga Instructor specializing in Hormonal Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and Yin Yoga.

I’m certified in Ashtanga Vinyasa, Yoga Nidra & Meditation, Pre & Postnatal Yoga (from the De Gasquet Institute), and Hormonal Yoga Therapy Levels 1, 2, and 3, trained directly by Dinah Rodrigues, founder of the method. I’m also the official representative of Hormonal Yoga Therapy for the GCC region.

My passion is helping women feel calm, balanced, and empowered through science-backed, inclusive, and accessible yoga practices. With years of experience guiding students through stress relief and hormonal balance, I’ve created this membership to make consistent well-being and deep rest achievable for everyone—no matter your age, level, or lifestyle.
