Meet Maher El Tabchy & Asmaa Lahlou
Maher El Tabchy is the founder of Tabchilli and one of the pioneers of fermented foods in the UAE. Based in Dubai, he is helping grow a modern fermentation culture through authentic, naturally fermented products.
Asmaa Lahlou is a naturopathic chef trained at the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London. As co-founder of MyAuthentikSpoon, she helps make healthy eating simple, delicious, and practical for everyday life.
