Meet Cathy Jeroudi
Cathy Jeroudi is a certified sophrologist (RNCP) specializing in stress management and emotional agility. Since opening her licensed practice in Dubai three years ago, nearly 200 individuals have trusted her to guide them toward their personal goals through private coaching sessions.
Cathy will be joined by Asmaa Lahlou,  certified naturopathic chef and co-founder of MyAuthentikSpoon. Asmaa is a passionate global citizen with 20+ years of experience in change management. She's a certified Natural Chef from the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London (2016). Asmaa also holds specialized credentials in Children's Health & Nutrition (2017) and Sustainable Food Choices (2022) from the Institute of Optimal Nutrition in London.
