Gaelle Millard is a certified nutrition and body image coach passionate about helping women and teenage girls build a healthier relationship with food and their bodies. Founder of Au Levain Microbakery, Gaelle shares her love for traditional sourdough baking and slow fermentation methods that bring both flavor and nourishment.
Asmaa Lahlou is a naturopathic chef trained at the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London. As co-founder of MyAuthentikSpoon, she helps make healthy eating simple, delicious, and practical for everyday life.
