Marine Baaklini is a certified yoga instructor specializing in Yoga for Women’s Well-Being. With extensive experience in helping women naturally balance their hormones, Marine is passionate about guiding others through transformative practices that promote lasting health and harmony.
Marine will be joined by Asmaa Lahlou a certified naturopathic chef and co-founder of MyAuthentikSpoon. Asmaa is a passionate global citizen with 20+ years of experience in change management. She's a certified Natural Chef from the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London (2016). Asmaa also holds specialized credentials in Children's Health & Nutrition (2017) and Sustainable Food Choices (2022) from the Institute of Optimal Nutrition in London.
