Meet Louisa Mesquita Bakker

 

Louisa Mesquita Bakker is a certified Fitness & Health Coach. After being diagnosed with PCOS, she transformed her health by adopting a low-carb, high–healthy-fat approach, which helped her restore energy, balance her hormones, and regain vitality. Driven by the belief that food and movement should empower, Louisa now helps others rebuild strength, support metabolism, and feel unstoppable through practical, sustainable strategies.

Louisa will be joined by Asmaa Lahlou a certified naturopathic chef and co-founder of MyAuthentikSpoon. Asmaa is a passionate global citizen with 20+ years of experience in change management. She's a certified Natural Chef from the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London (2016). Asmaa also holds specialized credentials in Children's Health & Nutrition (2017) and Sustainable Food Choices (2022) from the Institute of Optimal Nutrition in London.
