Terms of Enrollment – Authentik Reset Membership

The following Terms of Enrollment govern your participation in the Authentik Reset Membership presented by AuthentikSpoon FZC ("Company", "we", "us" or "our"). Please read these Terms of Enrollment carefully. By enrolling in the Membership and accessing or using the Membership Portal or any provided materials ("Program Materials"), you agree to abide by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and any other notices or disclaimers communicated through our website or Membership communications.

Program Details

The Authentik Reset Membership ("Membership") is a holistic wellness membership designed to support sustainable health, weight management, detoxification, and lifestyle transformation. The Membership includes:

  • Access to 4 Seasonal Reset Programs (Detox + Weight Loss Coaching)
  • Monthly live coaching calls and expert workshops
  • A private 1:1 naturopathic consultation annually
  • Weekly anti-inflammatory recipes and access to a full recipe library
  • A private community chat for support and accountability

Program Participation

We are committed to creating a positive and supportive environment for all participants. The Company may, at its sole discretion, limit, suspend, or terminate your participation in the Membership without refund if:

  • You become disruptive or disrespectful;
  • You fail to follow program guidelines;
  • Your actions negatively affect the experience of other members or the facilitators.

You understand that:

  • This Membership is for educational and informational purposes only.
  • Participation does not constitute certification or medical licensure.
  • Any implementation of the materials is your responsibility, and you should consult with a qualified health professional before making any significant lifestyle changes.

Program Content

All Program Materials provided are for your personal use only. They may not be copied, shared, distributed, or reproduced without our written consent.

The content is intended for general education and is not tailored to any specific individual. Use of the Program Materials is at your own risk. We do not guarantee results and disclaim liability for any outcomes based on implementation of the Program content.

Usernames and passwords provided are for individual use only and may not be shared.

Violation of these content terms may result in immediate removal from the Membership without refund.

Privacy & Confidentiality

We respect your confidentiality and expect you to do the same with fellow members. You agree not to:

  • Share confidential or proprietary information disclosed within the Membership;
  • Violate the intellectual property rights of the Company or other members;
  • Record, reproduce, or distribute Membership content without written consent.

You are welcome to share your own personal results, but all shared experiences or statements from others must remain confidential.

Membership and Fees

Enrollment is offered in two formats:

  • Monthly plan: AED 200/month
  • Annual plan: AED 1,999/year

 

Founding Members (available until April the 25th for yearly Payment Plan only) receive lifetime access to this pricing and one additional private consultation in the first year.

The Membership is structured as a 12-month commitment, whether you choose the monthly or annual payment option. By enrolling with the monthly plan, you agree to complete the full year of payments. The annual plan offers 2 months free compared to monthly payments.

If you decide to cancel your Membership at the end of your term, please notify us in writing by emailing [email protected] 2 months before your next billing cycle. Early cancellations are not permitted, and refunds will not be issued for partial participation.

Limitation of Liability

The Membership, Site, and Program Materials are provided for educational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice. Always consult with a licensed healthcare provider before starting any new health-related program.

We are not liable for any damages, direct or indirect, resulting from your use of the Program. 

License

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Program Materials during your Membership period. You may not sublicense, copy, modify, or exploit the materials beyond personal use.

We retain all rights to our intellectual property. Any unauthorized use will result in termination of access and potential legal action.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Dubai, UAE, under UAE law. Disputes may only be brought on an individual basis.
