Karim Yahfoufi is a Registered Naturopath, Nutritional Therapist, and Health Coach, certified by the prestigious College of Naturopathic Medicine in London. He is also the head of the Association of Naturopathic Practitioners. Driven by a deep passion for health and well-being, Karim is dedicated to empowering others to improve their quality of life through holistic, natural practices.

Karim will be joined by Asmaa Lahlou a certified naturopathic chef and co-founder of MyAuthentikSpoon. Asmaa is a passionate global citizen with 20+ years of experience in change management. She's a certified Natural Chef from the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London (2016). Asmaa also holds specialized credentials in Children's Health & Nutrition (2017) and Sustainable Food Choices (2022) from the Institute of Optimal Nutrition in London.
