Meet Dr Rita Nawar
Dr. Rita Nawar is a highly experienced Endocrinologist with over 16 years specializing in obesity, diabetes, and metabolic diseases. She completed her medical degree and advanced training at the American University of Beirut and Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland.
A former Medical Director in Dubai, Dr. Nawar co-authored the UAE Clinical Practice Recommendations for Obesity Management and contributed to leading studies like ACTIO-IO and ACTION-UAE. She is SCOPE certified by the World Obesity Federation and actively participates in education and research on obesity and metabolic health.
Now practicing at AACSH, Dr. Nawar is passionate about empowering individuals to achieve better health through science-based solutions.
