Cathy Jeroudi is a certified sophrologist (RNCP) specializing in stress management and emotional agility. Since opening her licensed practice in Dubai three years ago, nearly 200 individuals have trusted her to guide them toward their personal goals through private coaching sessions.

Asmaa Lahlou (naturopathic chef) is a certified Natural Chef from the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London, with additional training in Children’s Health & Nutrition and Sustainable Food Choices. As co-founder of MyAuthentikSpoon, she combines over 20 years of experience in change management with a passion for making nutrition and healthy eating simple, delicious, and accessible for the whole family.
