This package of three 1-hour private online consultations is designed for adults struggling with poor body image and disordered eating habits (e.g., binge-restrict cycles, food guilt). It provides a structured, supportive process to foster a positive body image, build a healthy relationship with food, and promote sustainable, health-focused behaviors.

Growing up, I watched my mom struggle with her body image, and I internalized that thinness equaled worth, leading me to diets and eating disorders that left me miserable.
My turning point came when my 6-year-old daughter asked, “Mummy, am I fat?”, a moment that showed me how my unhealthy body image was impacting her. That inspired my journey to make peace with my body and food, rediscovering joy in eating and true confidence.
