Few years ago, I was like you, looking for a solution to lose weight for good. I was 20 pounds overweight (and even more) after 3 pregnancies, normal life with stress, professional travels, and business dinners. I had already tried many diets that helped me lose some kilos and gain more after I stopped the diet. This method definitely didn’t work for me.
Since then, I lost the weight, kept it off, and gained tons of energy. I'm now a certified naturopathic chef and co-founder of MyAuthentikSpoon academy.
